About PTE Compounding Mexico
Mit Gründung der SILCOMP Silikoncompounding GmbH 2004 und dem Erwerb des Silikongeschäftes der Safic Alcan S.A.S. in Frankreich im Jahr 2005 ist die PTE auch in der Fertigung von Silikonmischungen tätig.
2007 setzte sich die Internationalisierung der PTE mit dem Bau und der Inbetriebnahme der Wuxi Elbe Polymer Technology Co., Ltd. in China fort.
Um den steigenden Anfragen und den zunehmenden Bedarfen gerecht zu werden, erfolgte zwischen 2011 und 2018 die stete Erweiterung der Produktionskapazitäten am Hauptsitz in der Lutherstadt Wittenberg um drei weitere Produktionslinien.
Die PTE ergänzte 2016 ihre globalen Aktivitäten mit der Gründung der PTE Compounding de Mexico S.A. de C.V. und bedient seither internationale und lokale Kunden auch im amerikanischen Raum.
2018 feierte die Polymer-Technik Elbe GmbH ihr 25-jähriges Firmenjubiläum.
Gleichzeitig wurde eine neue Linie mit Austragsextruder installiert und in Betrieb genommen. Diese moderne Technologie ermöglicht eine hoch-effiziente Herstellung großer Mengen.
