I like the club a lot, the instructors are excellent, the only thing that needs maintenance is the facilities and the administration needs to have a better organization.

A la alberca le hacen falta azulejos (lo cual es peligroso porque te puedes cortar) y todas las veces que la vi estaba sucia con hojas e insectos sin mencionar que el agua muy fría. Bueno, el SPINNING... de verdad que no entiendo cómo tienen bicicletas que parecen de los años 90s, la gente se queja no solo de eso sino de que las apartan y nadie dice nada (una de las reglas de la clase es que no se deben apartar). No entiendo si el club no quiere gastarse dinero o no tiene... siempre lo veo con gente y no entiendo como les siguen valiendo la seguridad de sus clientes. Esas bicicletas de verdad que no sirven para la clase. Voy a ese club porque queda cerca, sin embargo, voy a buscar otras opciones porque es cansado ver que no les preocupan lo que los clientes dicen. If you want a clean and well maintained pool don't go here. The pool is missing tiles (which is dangerous because you can cut yourself) and every time I saw it it was dirty with leaves and bugs not to mention the very cold water. Well, the SPINNING... I really don't understand how they have bikes that look like they're from the 90s, people complain not only about that but that they're pushed aside and nobody says anything (one of the rules of the class is that you don't should be separated). I don't understand if the club doesn't want to spend money or doesn't have... I always see it with people and I don't understand how they continue to value the safety of their customers. Those real bikes that don't work for class. I go to that club because it's close, however, I'm going to look for other options because it's tiring to see that they don't care what the customers say.
