Quality Inn Chihuahua San Francisco - 31000 Chihuahua

We stayed for three night and left pretty disappointed. When we arrived to our room we could tell at least one of our beds sheets had not been changes. We found a piece of glass and hair in between the sheets. There was also hair and dirt on the floor. The day time front desk staff where kind compared to the restaurant and night time staff. When we attended the restaurant in the morning the waiters where polite. Totally different story in the evening. My food didn’t come out until my family was well past done with their meals. When I asked about my plate they said they would check in passing but didn’t. the waiter was very stand-offish. When I expressed my concern by telling him I would have liked to eat with my family he replied it wasn’t his fault and would cancel my food. If you don’t have a problem with poor service but great food then this place works. Also the elevator didn’t work during our entire stay.

Had a great time. Would recommend this to everyone. Very affordable!

Clean rooms, very professional and kind people. The downfall, I really did not like the food at hotel restaurant or continental breakfast. The food was flavorless in a few dishes, was cold on hot dishes; but there are so many places to eat all around that we didn't even bother with the hotel food. Great experience overall.

Great location next the cathedral and the center of the city, walking distance to everything, restaurants, museums, shops, tour bus. The only complaint I had was that my room had a noisy aire conditioner ruined my sleep, but the rooms were very clean, the receptionist very nice and helpful, the free breakfast was nice and simple nice enough to get started

Room was clean and bathroom spacious with all the complementary toiletries that you would expect. The biggest downside was the internet in my room was incredibly slow, to the point that I had to sit out in the hallway to be able to send and receive what's app messages as the signal strength was stronger there. Breakfast wasn't much to shout about either. I have stayed in other hotels in the city previously and I think you can get an overall better service elsewhere for a lower price, hence the rating.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing we found a yellow stain in our sheets also a masacara stain on the sheets the following morning we heard someone trying to open our room door without saying housekeeping or something we went down to breakfast and ate at the contental breakfast there was only cereal and yogurt milk we sat down to eat and we later found out that the yogurt was expired.

3/06/22, today is the second day. The floor in the bathroom was not clean -I will not go into details because it is simply sad. Last night, I was walking around and sat athe bed leavng a good trace of dust, and hair on the white bedciver. I have been asking for a broom, a mop and chlorine to clean the room. So far, no luck. I tried to take a shower and there is no hot water. They just came to fix it. I will update if anything changes for the better.
