★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve un palazzo a la Tintorería en enero, apenas lo use en mayo y se encogió de largo. Fui a reclamar y mostré una foto de cuál era su largo.
Pero me dijeron que nada podían hacer por qué pasó mucho tiempo y no se hicieron responsables. Ni siquiera por qué dejé a costura el palazzo para bajar el dobladillo.
No vuelvo a llevar ni una prenda a la Tintorería. Era clienta asidua, ya me perdieron.
Took a palazzo to the Dry Cleaners in January, barely wore it in May and it shrunk in length. I went to claim and showed a photo of its length.
But they told me there was nothing they could do because it took a long time and they did not take responsibility. Not even why I left the palazzo to sew to lower the hem.
I will never take a garment to the Dry Cleaners again. I was a regular customer, they already lost me.
