★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay muchas hoteles en Cuernavaca pero Hotel Quinta Las Flores es una muy buena. Tranquilo. Alberca grande. Su servicio es excelente y tambien su comida... que rico!
Hotel Quinta las Flores is well worth the stay! A beautiful place, with excellent service, delicious food and a peaceful evironment. Their swimming pool is huge and heated, just right! It is close to the Center of Cuernavaca and 5 minutes from the freeway. If you are looking for relaxation and to be treated well and with respect, give these guys a call. And if you eat meat, make sure to try the arrachera!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful, relaxing place to stay. Rooms are of good size and clean and have ensuite bathrooms. There are swings, a nice swimming and paddling pools in the garden. The place is well maintained and staff and friendly and polite. There's also a bar and a restaurant. The bar wasn't opened when we visited, but the restaurant serves good foodI3 times a day. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and there's a wide choice of options of dishes and fresh juices. All the food has been yummy. The prices of the rooms are very reasonable. It's been quiet during the week and a bit busier during the weekend. There's WiFi available throughout the resort, but sometimes it disconnects momentarily - this is not a big issue. We'd happily stay here again and recommend this place to our friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always respectful and courteous. Friendly staff, great food, big heated swimming pool and beautiful gardens to enjoy. Very peaceful! A sure bet for a nice place to stay, while you are visiting Cuernavaca!
Also a good place for business meetings. They have big "salons" with room for a lot of people.
(Near the Historical zone, but off the beaten path. Perfect location for rest and relaxation. You can enjoy the vibe without having to listen to traffic and people.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very pleasant stay, the staff is warm and very kind. They helped us in keeping my Dad's insulin cold in the fridge and the rooms were very clean.
Much better than soo many big brands hotels I have stayed in.
The breakfast is amazing with so many options for adults and children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is nice. Grounds are beautiful. Location, need a car/ride to get anywhere. Rooms definitely need a little updating, better lighting.
My highest compliments go to Gloria and Mariana ; the front desk receptionists. They were so incredibly kind and helpful. They saved my sanity on two occasions - setting up a Covid test, 1 day before my flight (the newest requirement) and for getting me a ride to Mexico City Airport. Neither of these things sound like they should be a problem- but both ladies were instrumental in getting it sorted. I can’t thank Gloria and Mariana enough! They deserve promotions and pay raises. Both of them and the restaurant staff were so kind, helpful and hospitable.
Great breakfast too!
