★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tuve buena experiencia en esta sucursal ya que me vendieron un producto que no prendía, no traía instructivo y la caja tenía una cinta de oficina en lugar de la cinta que tiene cuando el producto es nuevo; cuando fui a cambiarlo me quisieron dar otro producto que estaba abierto y no se veía nuevo por lo que mejor cambié mi producto por otras cosas.
La atención del chico que atiende es buena pero la de la chica que está en esa sucursal es mala ya que tiende de mala gana y es hasta grosera.
En lo personal mejor me dirigiré a otras sucursales. Si fui a esa sucursal es por qué estaba por ahí pero mejor voy a otra.

Iba con la intención de comprar unos audífonos Bluetooth con cancelación de ruido y al preguntarle al muchacho que atiende sobre los que cancelan ruido me respondió de forma arrogante "pues si, son audífonos" y yo con cara de ¿? Que vergüenza que así atiendan, no entienden a lo que te refieres y ni si quiera te preguntan de forma amable. Con esas actitudes no te da confianza de comprar algo.
Bad experience. I was going with the intention of buying some noise-canceling Bluetooth headphones and when I asked the guy who attends about noise-canceling ones, he answered me arrogantly "well yes, they are headphones" and I with a face of ¿? What a shame that they serve you this way, they don't understand what you mean and they don't even ask you in a friendly way. With these attitudes it does not give you confidence to buy something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre unos audífonos me dijo que si quería garantia la compre me aseguro que si fallaban me darían otros fallaron y no me asen la garantia mal servicio eso esta mal la chica es muy mala atendiendo a las personas ojala y el dueño diera seguimiento a las quejas y no limitara solo a contestar los buenos comentarios sino tambien la atención que brinda la chca que atiende ay en esa sucursal
