★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los módulos para trámites de pagos de refrendos y licencias abre apartir de las 9am aún que en el sitio de citas tienen la opción de citar apartir de las 8, los horarios de las citas no se respetan atienden conforme van llegando en una fila, eso sí sin cita no te atienden y trata de llevar tus copias y cita impresa por qué en el módulo de copiado están muy caras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esto sucede cada año.y por desgracia lo tenemos que vivir.gobiernos ineficientes.aun cuando se cambie de partido político. es un mal que no se ha podido corregir. ya existe la automatización y modernidad. mas aun en este estado solo es demagogia en lo referente a este tramite de emplacamiento y refrendo..negativo por completo
