★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como valen caca para atender en la redpack kumate, ni contestan el telefono la neta, ni una llamada me han contestado, aparte de que tardan mucho en entregar los paquetes, si va uno por su paquete ni se lo quieren entregar, les doy una estrella pero por que no se puede poner menos.
 As they are worth poop to attend in the redpack kumate, they do not answer the phone the net, not a call has been answered, apart from that they take a long time to deliver the packages, if one goes for their package they do not want to deliver it, I give them a star but why can't you put less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta paqueteria no sirve entrega paquetes aplastados en mal estado.. Al menos a mi me ha pasado ya 2 veces.. Preferible enviar por dhl Fedex o estafeta, son mas confiables
This parcel does not work, it delivers flattened packages in poor condition .. At least it has happened to me twice already .. Preferable to send by DHL, Fedex or courier, they are more reliable

No entregan en fecha límite.
Los teléfonos no contestan.
En la guía sale que está en ruta y después que no alcanzo por demoras.
Así todos los días.
(Estando en bodega CEDIS , muy amables, te entregan rápido si está disponible el paquete)
Terrible service.
They do not deliver on the deadline.
Phones don't answer.
In the guide it says that it is en route and then that it is not enough due to delays.
So every day.
(Being in the CEDIS warehouse, very friendly, they deliver you quickly if the package is available)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. No encontraban mi paquete, tuve que ir a buscarlo hasta las bodegas y ahí esperar como media hora para que lo hallaran. Para colmo venían quebrados algunos objetos en la caja, seguramente estibaron de más sobre mi caja y se maltrató el contenido
Bad service. They could not find my package, I had to go look for it to the warehouses and wait about half an hour for them to find it. To top it off, some objects were broken in the box, surely they stowed more on my box and the content was mistreated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo un poco tardado para la entrega de paquetes. O al menos en mi caso fueron 20 min aproximadamente. Y una caja llegó abierta aunque en si el problema pudo ser de Office max que envío el paquete mal sellado
Just a little late for parcel delivery. Or at least in my case it was approximately 20 minutes. And a box arrived open although the problem could be from Office max that sent the package badly sealed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor paquetería que he conocido, hice mi pedido en Shein y me tocó está paquetería; tenía 10 días en Culiacán en Redpack sin entregar y si vas a recoger el paquete no te lo dan; tardó casi un mes en llegar y cuando abrí el paquete me di cuenta que me faltaron 2 prendas de 8 que compré. Estoy viendo como solucionar eso..
Y nunca contestan el teléfono.
It is the worst parcel I have ever known, I placed my order in Shein and I got this parcel; I had 10 days in Culiacán in Redpack without delivery and if you go to pick up the package they don't give it to you; It took almost a month to arrive and when I opened the package I realized that I was missing 2 of 8 clothes that I bought. I'm looking at how to solve that ..
And they never answer the phone.
