★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to take your car. Started a job and never finished. Just let me linger on for weeks causing a lot more expense and at the end past 3 weeks and nothing. I saw a review that said "fair price" fair price for gringos maybe... So unprofessional, its a miracle to find a reliable, fair and professional mechanic in Mexico. 1 in 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike the owner/mechanic was so helpful and service was above and beyond. He’s raised in the States and speaks perfect English. He picked up our broken down Jeep Liberty in Punta Mita, drove to PV for parts, and dropped off the car to us in Sayulita, so we didn’t have to walk across town to get it. He communicates on WhatsApp and provided details every step of the way from quote breakdown, to parts ETA, to completion time. I think business hours are 9-7 but I’m sure he worked after hours for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Wish I could get service like this back in the US. Car broke down leaving me stranded in Punta Mita. Mike drove to Punta Mita that same night (!) but car needed a special order part. Mike brought the car back to Sayulita and had the part express shipped on a bus the next day. Then Mike gets the car fixed and delivers it to my doorstep so I don’t have to walk over in the sweltering heat. Fantastic price, and Mike was awesome to work with. Perfect English too. Thanks!!!
