★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quede sorprendido por el tipo de atención a la gente, uno espera que por ser una oficina de gobierno la atención sea mala y es todo lo contrario, desde que indica uno el tramite a realizar, el personal de vigilancia y los funcionarios públicos tienen excelente atención a los usuarios que en su gran mayoría son campesinos y gente adulta, FELICIDADES.
Be surprised by the type of attention to people, one expects that for being a government office the attention is bad and it is the opposite, since one indicates the procedure to be performed, the surveillance staff and public officials have excellent attention to the users that in their great majority are farmers and adult people, CONGRATULATIONS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llamas en "horario de atención" y jamás contestan, vas a la oficina y te dicen que solo con cita llamando al mugre número telefónico, llamas minutos después del dichoso horario y quién contesta te dice que solo atienden de 9 a 2, bola de huevones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece una PESIMA estrategia solicitar que la gente del campo agende citas por IINTERNET, puesto que ellos desconocen esas tecnologías, además en la página oficial se traba al momento de seleccionar el horario de atención y nunca tiene espacio disponible. Si hablas por teléfono contesta una grabadora que te dice que no tiene espacio para grabar tu mensaje. Con la gente del Campo, en verdad es HACERLES PERDER EL TIEMPO. MUY, PERO MUY MAL.
It seems to me a WORSE strategy to request that people from the countryside schedule appointments through the INTERNET, since they are unaware of these technologies, and on the official page it gets stuck when selecting the hours of operation and there is never space available. If you talk on the phone, a recorder answers and tells you that it does not have space to record your message. With the people of the Country, it really is WASTING THEM'S TIME. VERY, BUT VERY BAD.
