★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar obligado si tienes que hacer algún trámite de alguna propiedad, normalmente está solo y no es de hacer mucha fila, está ubicado en una zona bonita de la ciudad, los precios por los trámites son elevados aunque se entregan medianamente rápido.
Manejan horarios especiales para recibir documentos y para entregar. -_-, dificilmente contestan el telefono tienes que ir personalmente para preguntar cualquier detalle
Obligatory place if you have to do some paperwork for a property, it is usually alone and there is not much line to wait, it is located in a beautiful area of the city, the prices for the procedures are high although they are delivered fairly quickly.
They manage special hours to receive documents and to deliver. -_-, they hardly answer the phone you have to go personally to ask any details
