Es cómodo poder recibir y devolver el auto en el mismo hotel, sin embargo, deben mejorar el estado de los vehículos, como neumáticos lisos, limpia parabrisas rotos cuando son indispensables en invierno, esto, por experiencia es realmente peligroso. Espero puedan mejorar para la próxima.

Charged me $10 more in conversion. Also said I stole the gas cap 5 minutes after renting the car.

No hidden fees, very reasonable insurance included in the price, and the terms and conditions were very clear. The staff were also very kind and straightforward. Would absolutely rent again. We would highly recommend this company. It is located in the main foyer of Seadust hotel Cancun to the left as you walk in. Hector was extremely helpful and booking was quick and easy. The car had some scratches to the bodywork which he marked all down on the initial paperwork and was happy for us to take lots of photos on collection and return. We had heard lots of horror stories about renting a car in Mexico so were rather nervous about it but this company was legitimate, no hidden fees. I contacted Hector during our road trip and asked for an extra day rental and he got back to me straight away and no additional charges accept the standard day rate. Returning was quick and straight forward. I would highly recommend this company and hope they continue to be honest to tourists wanting a good car rental experience in Cancun. In addition the road trip was straight forward, no issues with the police as many internet blogs mention. As long as you are sticking to the laws of the road you should be fine in our experience. We rented a 15 passenger van for our family vacation. Pick up and drop were simple, fast, and efficient. The van ran perfectly and got us everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Transaction was super quick, no need to wait in line for a car. They delivered the car to the airport and waited outside for our arrival. The drop off was also very smooth, a representative met us at the terminal and we handed over the keys. No issues. Highly recommend. May cost a little more than other companies but worth the convenience.

Great service! I was a little reserved at first, but am very happy I ended up renting a car in Mexico. We rented a standard and within ten KMs, not a single gear would engage. After a few phone calls, the company was there. It took 20 minutes from the initial phone call until we were in a new vehicle. It was aggravating at first, but they took very good care of us.
