Bonjour, Je voudrais avoir votre gamme de prix pour mars 2022 et peut-être janvier, février, mars, nous sommes 3 adulte de 65 ans et plus, nous sommes des gens très propres, et non bruyant. Merci pour votre réponse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El área común cuenta con alberca con chapoteadero, jardín, terraza para eventos y una palapa al lado de la alberca, es muy tranquilo, buena ubicación, a una cuadra de Walmart, del hospital, y a 3 de la playa.
Sí pretendes comprar debes saber que la mesa directiva hace lo que quiere, gastan dinero en lo que les da la gana, algunos vecinos se niegan a pagar la cuota de mantenimiento.
Realizamos un trabajo a la alberca y nunca pagaron.
The common area has a pool with wading pool, garden, terrace for events and a palapa next to the pool, it is very quiet, good location, one block from Walmart, the hospital, and 3 from the beach.
If you want to buy, you should know that the board of directors does what they want, they spend money on what they want, some neighbors refuse to pay the maintenance fee.
We did a job at the pool and they never paid.
