Si la señora que está en refacciones no sabe lo que uno busca o le lleva la muestra es para que te atienda cordialmente y dejar de estar con el celular platicando. Mala experiencia ya que en otras tiendas de la república te atienden bien está ocasión fue mala experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni una estrella le daba, pésimo servicio, compré un vaso Oster y eso decía la nota, pero no le quedó a mi licuadora y fui a cambiarlo, el encargado que fue el mismo que me lo vendió, dijo "no puede ser le tiene que quedar todos son iguales" y cuando lo probó en una licuadora, solo me dijo que me vendía la pieza de abajo que porque esa no era, le pedí me la cambiara y según el no se puede que porque en la nota lo dice, le dije que era su error y me dijo, ! Quiere la pieza o no !? Y me dejó hablando sola, insistí y solo dijo que la nota dice bien claro, total que no reconoció que el me vendió una pieza mal, ahora sí diciendo que había dos modelos, que yo no pedí el correcto.
