★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great location! Dinner overlooking the water - by the water's edge. The food, as expected, was exceptional. The service was superb and we really enjoyed our evening. The only thing missing was our friends who introduced us Rolandi's in Playa Del Carmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place but the pizza I had was bad. They do not use genuine mozzarella and the pepperoni was also some kind of cheap flavorless substitute so the result was a pizza that was not even as good as a US grocery store pizza. My wife had buccatini which was quite good and a big step up from the pizza. Best part of the meal was the free bread fresh from the oven. Setting was nice overlooking the ocean but not much to see in the dark. Service was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service but worth the wait. The servers worked super hard. Large portions and great flavor. We loved the calzones, pasta, and pizza. Nice break from all the other types of food we have had this week. The ice cream was fantastic! Would definitely return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great restaurant. The front is deceptively unassuming, but inside the restaurant is very nice and they have a great outdoor patio right on the ocean.
The food is really tasty and service is very fast, definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our third time to Rolandi's and the food and view of the sunset were great. This is where you splurge to get surf and turf, or the seafood special (red snapper tonight), because you're getting what you pay for. If you want to have the same sunset view while eating pizza, we've done that too and it was quite good. The attention to details, little touches like toasted almonds on the fish, and harder-to-get vegetables like asparagus were delightful. Our waiter Israel was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. When I told him that I don't like onions, he came back to verify that I'm not allergic to garlic; that's above and beyond. The place was pretty busy for a Wednesday, but there were still a couple of empty tables before sunset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful dining experience with fantastic seaside views! You're welcomed and greeted with smiles. Gasper provided us sterling service our glasses were never dry, our orders were perfect. The food is wonderful, fresh, unique and flavorful. Fine dining. Lobster Calzone, it was excellent! We enjoyed it so much we went back two days later and Gasper welcomed us with open arms!

The service is great and the wine and pizza are amazing.
Little expensive for pizza but that is all in Cozumel if you find yourself in the touristic center.
