Llevo algunos meses entrenando CrossFit y los cambios en mi cuerpo han sido realmente visibles y favorables, además la couch personaliza el entrenamiento dependiendo los objetivos que quieras lograr. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
The attention and atmosphere in the place are excellent. I love it, besides the trainers are very good.
