★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, fuimos de invitados y nos dejaron afuera. Se les olvidó el evento, no tenían nada para la fiesta y no quisieron reembolsar nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contraten este salón. Olvidaron que tenían evento, llegaron 1 hora tarde. El salón sucio y sin decorar. Dijeron que regresaría el dinero, ya que se había liquidado con antelación. Los invitados terminaron poniendo hasta refrescos y al final, no devolvieron nada porque según ellos "dieron el servicio". Pésimo, huyan no contraten.
Do not hire this room. They forgot they had an event, they arrived 1 hour late. The dirty and undecorated room. They said they would return the money, since it had been liquidated in advance. The guests ended up putting up sodas and in the end, they did not return anything because according to them they "gave the service". Terrible, flee, do not hire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, varias cosas que se incluian en el contrato no se cumplieron y al momento de pedir explicaciones a la encargada, la actitud fue pésima, batalle mucho para contactarla después de hacer el depósito de separación y pago total del evento, no contestaban el celular ni en las instalaciones (siempre estaba cerrado), llegaron tarde a abrir el salón el día de mi evento y ya tenía invitados cuando ellos estaban barriendo, trapeando y poniendo los centros de mesa (que por cierto no fueron los que habían dicho en el momento de hacer el contrato) cero recomendable. Dejo solamente algunas fotos (por que las demás dan vergüenza )de la mesa de ambientación que ellos pusieron, (la comida, charolas y la nube que está encima de la escalera yo las lleve) y la foto del globo desinflado es el que pretendian poner. El pastel llegó hasta más de la mitad del evento. Yo no pedí nada más que lo que contraté y pagué en tiempo y forma. No fui la única defraudada, ya que en la página de Facebook varias personas publicamos la mala recomendación, pero ellos terminaron por eliminar las opiniones (por suerte tomé captura de mi NO recomendación) TENGAN CUIDADO SI PIENSAN CONTRATAR AQUÍ.
PESIMO SERVICIO, several things that were included in the contract were not met and when asking for explanations from the person in charge, the attitude was terrible, I struggled a lot to contact her after making the separation deposit and full payment of the event, they did not answer the cell phone nor in the facilities (it was always closed), they arrived late to open the room on the day of my event and already had guests when they were sweeping, mopping and putting the centerpieces (which incidentally were not the ones that had said at the time to make the contract) zero advisable. I leave only some photos (because the others are embarrassed) of the setting table that they put, (the food, trays and the cloud that is on top of the stairs I took them) and the photo of the deflated balloon is the one that they intended to put . The cake reached more than half the event. I did not ask for anything more than what I hired and I paid in a timely manner. I was not the only one disappointed, since on the Facebook page several people published the bad recommendation, but they ended up eliminating the opinions (luckily I took capture of my NO recommendation) BE CAREFUL IF YOU THINK OF HIRING HERE.
