Me colgaban las llamadas por teléfono y le daban muchas largas para resolverme.
Además, tienen agotadas muchas cosas. Casi no tienen modelos para ofrecer.
Pésimo servicio, la verdad recomendaría visitar otra Samsung Store como la de Galerías Monterrey donde siempre me trataron muy amablemente.
