t bone y unas partes negras por exceso de refrigeracion tuve que cambiar de corte afemas se me hizo demaciada suavidad al asar la carne se hizo mas chica lo cual indica que edta inyectada con suavisadores.
The truth is they already have the meat cut and they don't offer you options or they ask you if you want a thicker cut.
T bone and some black parts due to overcooling I had to change the effeme cut I was made too soft when roasting the meat it became smaller which indicates that edta injected with softeners.
