★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal, lamentablemente tengo que acudir aquí, hay personas esperando para ser atendidas, hay "ejecutivos" sin hacer nada y ninguno toma la iniciativa para atenderte. Algunos están en su cubículo usando su celular sin hacer absolutamente nada.
The worst branch, unfortunately I have to go here, there are people waiting to be served, there are "executives" doing nothing and none take the initiative to assist you. Some are in their cubicle using their cell phones doing absolutely nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos ladrones y tranzas, fui al cajero automático y no me dió mi cambio, tenía prisa y me dejaron esperando 20 minutos para decirme que si quería mi cambio tenía que levantar una aclaración con un ejecutivo y tomar turno.
Son unos estafadores
They are thieves and cheats, I went to the ATM and they didn't give me my change, I was in a hurry and they left me waiting 20 minutes to tell me that if I wanted my change I had to file a clarification with an executive and take a turn.
