★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo compartiendo mi experiencia propia del lugar más no del banco en general. El servicio otorgado y/o soluciones tardan muchísimo si es claro que te dan una solucion, personalmente tengo 1 año sin poder cancelar una tarjeta de débito.
La atención a cliente es pésima. No puedo otorgar menos de 1 estrella pero creo que no merecen ni la estrella.

Just sharing my own experience of the place but not of the bank in general. The service provided and / or solutions take a long time if it is clear that they give you a solution, personally I have 1 year without being able to cancel a debit card.
Customer service is lousy. I can't award less than 1 star but I don't think they deserve even the star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un mal sistema en para hacer las transacciones o trámites, vienes al banco y no te pueden resolver problemas o dudas todo es por teléfono, y aparte hay incoherencia en el sistema de la lectura de huellas. El sistema automatizado no es claro en las instrucciones y si te quedas pensando un poquito ¿que me está pidiendo ahora? zas! Te dice que te va a comunicar con un un representante y vuelves a empezar todo!!!! Uf!!!
They have a bad system to carry out transactions or paperwork, you come to the bank and they cannot solve problems or doubts, everything is by phone, and apart from that there is inconsistency in the fingerprint reading system. The automated system is not clear in the instructions and if you keep thinking for a bit, what is it asking me for now? wham! He tells you that he is going to communicate with a representative and you start all over again!!!! Phew!!!
