PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN Y SERVICIO. No atienden rápido, te quedas hasta horas esperando, los ejecutivo todavía se dan su tiempo de salir a comprar cosas mientras que toda la gente está esperando... Deberían cambiar a todo el personal de esta sucursal, piensan que te hacen un favor.
POOR ATTENTION AND SERVICE. They do not attend quickly, you stay up to hours waiting, the executives still take their time to go out to buy things while all the people are waiting ... They should change all the staff of this branch, they think they are doing you a favor.

Es un banco en que te atienden bien y rápido en el tema de hacer un pago o depósito. Los visité en un día tranquilo por lo que había poca gente. En todo momento fueron amables y atentos para atenderme rápido.
It is a bank where they serve you well and quickly in the matter of making a payment or deposit. I visited them on a quiet day so there were few people. At all times they were friendly and attentive to assist me quickly.

Muy mal servicio no recomiendo esta sucursal fui a cambiar un cheque q por cierto muy poco dinero y que no tenian dinero que fuera pasado mañana aganme favor ?

Yo entiendo que estamos en contingencia y no pueden tener al 100 sus operaciones, pero he estado formada varios días y hasta 3 horas seguidas para pasar con un ejecutivo y ni siquiera he logrado entrar al banco a esperar (era la quinta persona en la fila) la gente se desespera y mejor se va o tiene otras cosas que hacer y pierde horas afuera de este banco. Es increíble que no hagan nada por acelerar los trámites que nos piden forzosamente hacer en sucursal, pareciera que les hace gracia tener afuera en el sol a los clientes. De en balde es la sucursal que me queda más cerca y con estacionamiento, toca buscar una más lejos pero que tenga a gente que trabaje bien y rápido.
I understand that we are in contingency and cannot have 100 operations, but I have been in training for several days and up to 3 hours in a row to spend with an executive and I have not even managed to enter the bank to wait (I was the fifth person in line) People despair and they better leave or have other things to do and lose hours outside this bank. It is incredible that they do nothing to speed up the procedures that we are forced to do in the branch, it seems that they like having customers outside in the sun. For nothing is the branch that is closest to me and with parking, I have to look for one further away but that has people who work well and fast.

Muy mal servicio 2 horas esperando para ser atendida por un ejecutivo los mismos que no respetan el orden en el que vamos formados.

Pésimo servicio para clientes nuevos. Te dejan al último porque no tienes cuenta. Y aunque los asoseres estén desocupados no te atienden. Te dicen que te vas a tardar y te atenderán hasta que se vaya el último cliente Santander.
Terrible service for new customers. They leave you last because you don't have an account. And although the asoseres are unoccupied they do not attend to you. They tell you that you are going to be late and they will serve you until the last Santander customer leaves.

Una de las peores sucursales de Toluca y alrededores, el servicio es lento, tardas mas de 30 minutos en cambiar un cheque. La fila para ejecutivos siempre es de 15 a 20 personas y pasa una cada 40 minutos. Traten de evitar esta sucursal.

Pareciera que regalan dinero o es sitio turístico, porque todos los días sin falta siempre hay una fila de gente esperando afuera y uno tiene que esperar aun más para siquiera lograr entrar a sentarse a la sucursal y sacar turno. Entiendo que no puedan operar al 100, pero cuando este problema lleva tanto tiempo así, deberían tomar acciones. Tener más personal, capacitar al existente para agilizar los trámites o considerar abrir en sábados. En otras sucursales hasta hay personal que al menos sale a atender a la gente para apoyar a agilizar todo, pero aquí pareciera que hay que rogar para que nos atiendan
