La chica y el chico de la entrada son sumamente groseros y apáticos y atienden de muy mala gana a todos, hasta gente de la tercera edad. Tengan cuidado con quiénes ponen en la entrada, porque el hecho de ser una dependencia de gobierno, no quiere decir que pueden tratar al ciudadano de mala manera y malos modos. The very attentive and friendly people inside answered you quickly. The girl and boy at the entrance are extremely rude and apathetic and reluctantly attend to everyone, even elderly people. Be careful who you put at the entrance, because the fact of being a government agency does not mean that they can treat the citizen in a bad way and bad manners.

Las instalaciones son muy limpias y en este tiempo se agradece que tengan aire acondicionado. Hay personas que vamos a Guadalajara solo a hacer un trámite y no es posible que el personal tenga tan mala disposición o de plano no están capacitados para la actividad que tienen a su cargo., De verdad es un calvario y una perdida de tiempo intentar hacer cualquier trámite en SAT. Y encima de todo, muy mal trato a las personas, no tienen ni una pizca de amabilidad. Very very bad service, they do not solve anything, it seems that they are looking for any excuse not to work. There are people who go to Guadalajara just to carry out a procedure and it is not possible that the staff have such a bad disposition or are simply not trained for the activity they are in charge of. It really is an ordeal and a waste of time trying to do any procedure in SAT. And on top of everything, they treat people very badly, they don't have an ounce of kindness.

Desde que me acerqué a preguntar por mi caso, fueron muy amables con las indicaciones y sin tanto lío. Se hacen tres filas en la parte exterior, una para gente con cita, otra para gente sin cita que va a hacer tramites sencillos como la constancia de situación fiscal; y una tercera para gente con casos especiales o que requieren alguna información. A la gente que puede hacer sus tramites en línea, la invitan a retirarse. En general, fue una mejor experiencia de lo que esperaba. I thought I would find only grumpy, nagging and frustrated people... but no. Since I approached to ask about my case, they were very kind with the instructions and without much trouble. There are three lines outside, one for people with an appointment, another for people without an appointment who are going to do simple procedures such as proof of tax status; and a third for people with special cases or who require some information. People who can do their paperwork online are invited to withdraw. Overall it was a better experience than I expected.

Fueron exactos en todos los cambios ejecutados, fué tan impactante la atención que externé DOS felicitaciones por escrito por la calidad de servicio.
