★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio a cliente, necesitaba ayuda por que uno de sus cajeros falló y en lugar de ayudarme fueron muy groseros y déspotas conmigo. Soy cliente de ellos y sin duda cambiaré de Banco.
 Very bad customer service, I needed help because one of his ATMs failed and instead of helping me they were very rude and despotic to me. I am a client of them and I will definitely change banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d have to say that this is the worst bank experiences I ever had in Mexico. The ATM machine ate my card for no reason and the people that work there wouldn’t even try to help me. Totally incompetent and useless and rather than trying to help, the bank teller lady with fake eyelashes just smiled and told me it’s gone and to call my bank. I’ve read other reviews and seems this happens often. AVOID THIS BANK!
