★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se si sea el personal o el tamaño de la sucursal pero el servicio es pésimo. Si te molesta el servicio que te dan en tiendas como el OXXO, mejor no vengas, aquí se esmeran en hacer de la mala atención al cliente una prioridad. Rara vez tienen servicio para tranites, el cajero constantemente está descompuesto, y ni hablar de su APP, hacen actualizaciones que terminan no funcionando, no es de sorprenderse el sistema que tiene para atender clientes es que te apuntes en una hoja y cuando alguien se acuerda pasan a atenderte
 I don't know if it's the staff or the size of the branch, but the service is lousy. If the service they give you in stores like OXXO bothers you, you better not come, here they go out of their way to make poor customer service a priority. They rarely have service for tranites, the ATM is constantly broken, and not to mention their APP, they make updates that end up not working, it is not surprising that the system they have to serve customers is that you sign up on a sheet and when someone remembers come to attend you
