★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy mal servicio una sola caja para 50 personas una hora formada en la fila y cuando pude llegar a la caja para recojer tarjeta que solicite por internet la srita me dice que espere que ahorita me la dan, pasaron 15 minutos mas y no me atendian tuve que salirme sin poder recoger mi tarjeta y con muy mal servicio, se ponen a hacer otras cosa y me dejaron eperando en ventanilla y no me dieron servicio
very bad service a single box for 50 people one hour in line and when I was able to get to the box to pick up a card that I requested online, the lady told me to wait, right now they give it to me, 15 more minutes passed and they did not attend me I had to leave without being able to pick up my card and with very bad service, they started to do other things and they left me waiting at the window and they didn't give me service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio. Acudí para la apertura de runa cuenta y apesar de que era la única persona a la que tenían que atender los ejecutivos estuve 2 horas y media en el banco por error del ejecutivo que llenó mi solicitud mientras atendía llamadas personales.
Terrible service. I went to open an account and even though I was the only person the executives had to attend to, I spent 2 and a half hours at the bank due to the error of the executive who filled out my application while taking personal calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, 2 hrs dentro del banco para cancelar una tarjeta de nómina?, con ejecutivos desocupados con un promedio de atención de 40 min entre cliente y cliente y todavia esperar a que cancele la trajera otros 39 minutos. Ni ganas de tener inversiones o relación alguna con este banco.
Terrible service, 2 hours inside the bank to cancel a payroll card ?, with unemployed executives with an average attention of 40 min between client and client and still waiting for the cancellation to bring it another 39 minutes. Neither desire to have investments or any relationship with this bank.
