★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, por teléfono NUNCA contestan y si si dejan descolgado el teléfono y a uno lo dejan hablando solo. Se supone que trabajan para la atención y como todo dependiente de gobierno no se nota la empatía ni nada.
Terrible service, they NEVER answer by phone and if they leave the phone off the hook and they leave you talking alone. They are supposed to work for care and like every government employee, you don't notice empathy or anything.
