G	Giovanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente en general pero en específico de la señora que toma las fotos, parece que le esta haciendo un favor a las personas o pareciera que no le pagan lo suficiente por su trabajo. Terrible customer service in general but specifically from the lady who takes the photos, it seems that she is doing people a favor or it seems that they do not pay enough for her work.

Prepárate para una espera de 3 horas con posibilidad de que el sistema falle (seguido) y tengas que re agendar. A demás cero flexibilidad, si te pasas por 1 minuto te cancelan con una actitud mediocre. Terrible service, I recommend you make an appointment in Culiacán or anywhere in the country except here. Prepare for a 3-hour wait with the possibility that the system will fail (often) and you will have to re-schedule. In addition to zero flexibility, if you spend 1 minute you are canceled with a mediocre attitude.

Se requiere pagar impuesto local adicional al costo del pasaporte. Excellent service ! They are very friendly and you only waste time for people who do not read and arrive without documents to train. Ecxelente work !!.
