★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio por parte de los encargados de mantenimiento lo único que yo podría poner en cuestionamiento es la limpieza del auto cuando te lo entregan nunca me han convencido al respecto es una pena que de tan buen trabajo de mantenimiento se vea un poquito opacado con la entrega del auto no muy limpio al 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atencion por teléfono es mala, si son amables y todo pero nadie sabe dar precio de un servicio y te la pasas siendo transferido de extensión a extension y al final es una en que nadie contesta
Customer service by phone is bad, yes they are friendly and everything but nobody knows how to price a service and you spend it being transferred from extension to extension and in the end it is one in which nobody answers

Mi camioneta aún olía a nueva y ahora huele a sudor y humedad de la persona que lo lavó. Dejan la alfombra interior mojada, yo mismo tuve que secarla y dejar la camioneta en sol para que se evaporara la humedad. Y la lavada no es Cortesía, claro que la tienen considerada en el precio del servicio.

My truck still smelled new and now it smells like sweat and damp from the person who washed it. They leave the interior carpet wet, I had to dry it myself and leave the truck in the sun so that the moisture evaporated. And the wash is not courtesy, of course they have it considered in the price of the service.

Super amables, te resuelven cualquier duda, te informan a detalle todo lo que se realiza a tu vehículo y son muy responsables de entregar los vehículos al 100
Si vas a servicios de mantenimiento, te explican completamente lo que se le realizará al vehículo, los precios están publicados en los muros (total transparencia).
Me ha gustado mucho la experiencia que he tenido en Dalton Toyota de López Mateos.
Muchas felicidades a los trabajadores, hacen muy bien su trabajo.

If you go to maintenance services, they fully explain what will be done to the vehicle, the prices are published on the walls (total transparency).
