It is a government institution as everything in Mexico has a certain bureaucracy in the care if there is a Medical Service at comfortable prices and accessible to the poor population

Yo le daría -1000 estrellas
They didn't want to attend me and they just made me go around, the nurse wanted to make me pay for the consultation when I have insurance. It is an eyelet.
