★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente es uno de los dos únicos centros de servicio de Samsung, son impuntuales, ya que manejan horarios abiertos y si tienes suerte llegan, sino, te dejan plantado en las citas y ni siquiera te avisan que no llegarán, y días después te llaman para decirte que van a tu domicilio sin tener una cita, y si te niegas a recibirlos, reportan que te negaste a atenderlos y lo cancelan. De verdad es un negocio con pésima atención al cliente, y cuidado, porque si reportas fallas de tus aparatos samsung directo con ellos, te dan el servicio como empresa privada sin avisarte !!! y si la falla persiste y quieres hacer valida la garantía con Samsung, ellos te dicen que como no lo reportaste directo con Samsung, no pueden hacer valida ninguna garantía o servicio, ya que el centro de servicio no les da aviso de reparaciones o servicios de mantenimiento, aunque ellos sepan que tu eres un cliente de Samsung.

It really is a business with bad customer service, and be careful, because if you report failures of your Samsung devices directly with them, they give you the service as a private company without notifying you !!! and if the fault persists and you want to validate the warranty with Samsung, they tell you that since you did not report it directly with Samsung, they cannot validate any warranty or service, since the service center does not give them notice of repairs or services maintenance, even if they know that you are a Samsung customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A veces se batalla un poco para quedar de acuerdo con el técnico, sugiero se dejen 2 teléfonos y enviar la ubicación por what'sapp de tu domicilio, con el fin de agilizar la visita del técnico, por cierto a mí me tocó un excelente técnico, a la primera quedó resuelto mi problema.
