As a marriot bonvoy member I have stayed in other Sheratons and they are just fine, Usually you get what you paid for except here. Be careful with the gps directions because they take you to the rear entrance of the hotel. The neighborhood looks sketchy even during they day. Didn’t want to go out at night. Lobby is fine and it took around 15 minutes to make the check in ( there was only one person at front desk) only one elevator was working so you had to wait 5-7 minutes to get to your room. The hotel looks old, smells weird, there’s mold in the shower and the carpet looks awfully disgusting. Bed was comfy so I kinda overlooked everything else. That was until I found cockroaches going from the desk to the bed. Front desk treated me like I was lying until I showed them the video and even after that before giving me another room they asked again why did I wanted another room. I was like do you really want me to shout it here? In front of all the people making check in? Sure! The only good thing was the restaurant, staff was super friendly and the food was quick! Never staying here ever again

Very old hotel, I was expecting Sheraton stamp of quality, but not as nice of a hotel as I would’ve liked. Outdated, the ceiling has dust. Staff was wonderful.

1 year ago someone said the elevatoe didn't work, and amazingly still not working. Just one elevator and no card key needed to go up, even there are many weird people outside. No pancake at breakfast these days. Not like other sheraton hotels. I stayed at Junior suit.

The best part about my stay was the friendly staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The view was nice, bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious. Not alot of lunch and dinner options but food was ok. Bar is open till 11pm. Our room didn't have a fridge, but we asked for one and they didn't hesitate to take one to our room. The elevator didn't work sometimes but they were on it to fix it. Parking is valet only. Entrance to hotel is in inner street. GPS location sends you to food court exit. The hotel itself must of been nice in its days. It has nice features but does need updated carpet and needs more cleaning staff. Our room was cleaned around 1pm and when we ordered food thru room service, cleaning staff left food outside our door for a day or 2. However ALL staff were very attentive to all our needs and made up for the inconveniences. The location is close to shops and freeway, but like any place in Mexico don't recommend going out at night.

There was bed bugs in room 422. They changed our room but my mom got a rash on both arms. Both beds in room 422 had bugs on them it was so gross. i don’t recommend staying here. Only good thing is it’s location but it’s an old building as well.

The rooms are big, the hotel is low on staff but regardless of it - they have stepped their guests up to make your stay pleasant. I would hangout at the bar often and it was a great place to wind-up and meet other people. I just wish the food would come out quicker. Other than that, everything was great.

Really sad and outdated hotel. They don’t have self parking the only option to park is valet parking, so if you like options this is a bad start. For a Sheraton hotel, room looked like a cheap motel. We chose the classic room but perhaps they should just get rid of this option and just update everything it was a disgusting experience, glad we only stayed one night. The room had mold in the ceiling, old smell, loud weird toilet sounds and sink clogged after brushing teeth, only ONE small water bottle, only ONE half used toilet paper. For what we paid for there are better options for the similar price point in the area. The room was not worth what we paid for. The only positive out of this hotel was the breakfast included. Decent variety. Overall, don’t recommend!

I didn't stay here but I checked out the lobby and exercise room. The lobby is huge and there's two parts. A big beautiful dining hall, and a big library enclave. Very nice vibe! This has an older feel but by no means outdated. Decent gym.
