★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sitio es una pesadilla. La organización es nefasta, nada profesional y todo un drama. Estuvimos esperando más de 3 horas por una van para ir a Bacalar. Elevaron el precio del transporte 40 pesos sin explicación a último momento y el viaje fue terrible. No dan ganas de volver a Mahahual.
The site is a nightmare. The organization is disastrous, nothing professional and a whole drama. We were waiting more than 3 hours for a van to go to Bacalar. They raised the price of transport 40 pesos without explanation at the last moment and the trip was terrible. They do not want to return to Mahahual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De aquí salen vans hacia bacalar, chetumal. Con frecuencia de cada hora. La diferencia que noté que éstas son vans más pequeñas y las del grupo ADO son sprinter camionetas más amplias y comodas, por ende, los precios son distintos, dependiendo del presupuesto de cada persona.
From here vans go to Bacalar, chetumal. Frequently every hour. The difference that I noticed that these are smaller vans and those of the ADO group are more spacious and comfortable sprinter trucks, therefore, the prices are different, depending on the budget of each person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compagnie privée de Mahahual, tous les taxis et camionnettes jaunes. Ils font leurs propres règles au dessus des lois et à la tête du client. Ils arrivent en retard, demandent des extras de 100 pesos par bagage au dernier moment selon leur envie et ne respectent pas la loi de protection antidiscrimination des personnes handicapées, même en présentant tous les documents nécessaires. Dénonciation en cours auprès de la section Costa Maya Human Rights Commission.
Si vous avez le choix et chercher un service sérieux et descent, allez plutôt à côté avec les services ADO y Caribe. Le guichet ouvre à 11h à 18h.
Mahahual private company, all yellow taxis and vans. They make their own rules above the law and at the head of the customer. They arrive late, ask for extras of 100 pesos per piece of luggage at the last moment according to their desire and do not respect the law for the protection against discrimination of persons with disabilities, even by presenting all the necessary documents.
