I want to share with you my great teeth implant experience with Sota Dental! I do not have a perfect smile that is why I decided to undergo a teeth implant. Recently, I went to Mexico to have a couple of implants in my teeth. I just scheduled an appointment with the clinic and they are very accommodating. They even sent a personnel to the airport who brought me directly to the clinic since I am not familiar with the place. The location of Sota Dental clinic is very easy to find because it is near the SUPERRAMA market. I arrived safely in the clinic for my teeth check-up. The clinic looks very elegant and clean. The staff all greeted me and they even offered me some tea while waiting for the doctor who was assigned to me. I didn’t wait too long because they have a good client service and the ambiance was very relaxing. The doctor who examined and check my teeth was Dr. Galvez & his assistants. He is a very professional doctor, intelligent, and understanding. He told me to calm down and relax. He asked few questions about my teeth and how I want the implant to be placed on some parts of my teeth. He gave suggestions to me on where the teeth implant suits well. He really listened to my opinions regarding the implant and he made sure that I am comfortable and ready for the teeth implant. After my teeth was examined for the implants, Dr. Galvez told me to prepare for the teeth implant the next day. They gave me an anesthesia so that I will not feel pain while they are conducting the implant. I was nervous because it is my first time to have a teeth implant but the staff in the clinic comforted me and they are all very accommodating. The implant procedure lasted for a little over an hour. I did not feel the pain and the implant is really great. I am thankful to the Sota Dental clinic especially to Dr. Galvez who made my teeth perfect! Now I am always camera ready because I have a pretty smile now. To those who are planning to have a dental service on their teeth, I recommend Sota Dental because they offer a great deal with reasonable prices. English is not my first language but I want to tell you about my experience with Sota Dental. Dr. Gilberto really made my smile better. The dental service was very professional and the price very well within budget. When I called Sota Dental to inquire about their tooth implant service, I was impressed by how courteous and very accommodating the secretary was. I know that I will be getting a superb service prompting me to immediately set an appointment with them. I flew down to Cancun, Mexico where Sota Dental is located. It felt like I was hitting two birds with one stone. Not only that I would get a new set of teeth implants but I would get to see Cancun, Mexico where there are plenty of beautiful places to visit such as the ancient Mayan ruins. It actually seemed like I was just taking a vacation. On appointment day, the Sota Dental driver fetched me from the hotel where I was staying which really impressed me more. On the way to the clinic, the driver told me about historic places in and around Cancun. I really felt great, it really seemed like I was a tourist. Upon reaching clinic, the driver opened the car door for me and ushered me in. The clinic has a sophisticated look. It was neat and clean. The dental equipment were all brand new. Another good thing about Sota Dental was that I didn’t have to sit down and wait for hours at the reception area. The friendly staff were very hospitable and all speak good English. They were all quick to assist me. Finally, I got to meet the guys a nice assistant and Dr. Gilberto. The secretary whom I set an appointment with was even friendlier in person. I was then introduced to another doctor who did my implant. He was just as accommodating, friendly, and speak impeccable English. Dr. Galvez and the other doctors were very professional, he gave me plenty of options on how to go about my tooth implant. I did not have a lot of money so they gave me options on different kinds of implants. The options he gave me were all within my budget. As a matter of fact, after the operation, I even have extra some dollars left for sightseeing. I also saw another nice doctor who did my implant who was great. Thank you Dr. Gilberto for giving me the perfect set of tooth implants. You made me smile my sweetest.

To Dr. Galvez and the staff of Sota Dental: Thank you for asking me to write a review about my experience. I have nothing but good things to say. Here’s my story. I considered it quite a big leap taking off to Cancun for extensive dental work. It was not easy relying on email to communicate with a dentist that I have not met and seen in person. The good reviews I read about Sota Dental made me decide on this and now I am sure that I made the right choice. Discussing with Dr Galvez about my dental problems made me comfortable even if it was through the phone. Besides the fact that dental work up is super expensive where I live, my mouth had some different problems. With Sota Dental, I felt relieved that my case was given priority and there would be no delays. They said they could fit it into a normal vacation time. When I flew to Cancun, I did not have to wait for long because a driver of the clinic was waiting. She took care of my luggage and immediately led me to wait in the car that took me to this very nice hotel. Since it was my first time in Cancun, this was perfect. The driver gave me some tips about where to eat, and I appreciated this gesture. She said she will pick me up after a few hours so I can get some rest and relax a bit. I had my first appointment on the same day I arrived. After I freshen up and changed into comfortable clothes, my guide was back and said we will pass by some tourist attractions since it was on the way to the clinic. I enjoyed this part. A very warm and very professional welcome was waiting for me at the clinic. The staff quickly x-rayed me and with no waiting, the dentist explained to me what needed to be done and how long it will entail. I definitely needed a root canal for a couple of teeth and some needed fixing - all these they can do with a fraction of cost compared to US prices. Dr. Galvez personally attended to me, answered all my questions which made me comfortable with the person. I never had a pleasant experience with a dentist before this, and this one was tops. He is so polite! His English was flawless which made me more at home. I was asked if I wanted the procedures made immediately or want to have this the following day. Since the dental work up was what I came for, I said better to have this over and done with. They said that we can start after an hour and that I needed to eat before anything else. Dr. Galvez asked one of his staff to accompany me to the Starbucks across the road. Quite cool The clinic exuded a pleasant scene. It smelled good and was very clean. For people who are afraid of dentists, this place will take away that fear. I saw some locals and some patients from the UK being attended to and they were smiling and pleased with the service. We talked about how much they liked coming here better than home. It was very relieving to meet people like myself. After the fine meal, we went back to the clinic and Dr.Galvez got straight to the work. Professional, precise, fast and with a bit of humour too. His English is perfect and you can tell he is a professional. I think I even fell asleep for a bit. He said that I have to go back before I go back to the US so they can check that everything is doing well. It's been 3 months since I got back from Cancun. I had 2 root canals, cleaning and fixing some chipped teeth. Dr. Galvez and his staff are the best for me. They gave me a very good experience from the hotel accommodation to the short tour of the city. I am definitely recommending Sota Dental to my family and friends and will go back if another dental problem happens.

My husband and I, and my mom, all got work done at SOTA Dental. My mom had a lot of work done and can't wait to go back again to have her implants completed. The receptionist was always so helpful, and the doctors were very kind and very professional. Dental work is not exactly fun, but this office made it as painless as possible, and gave us good recommendations for places to eat as well. They made sure to schedule my mom's work carefully, so she would have time for fun stuff too!

I live in the United Stated and I have had some trouble with how expensive dental care is. I needed 2 of my wisdom teeth removed because my upper and lower row of teeth had no more space for the wisdom teeth to grow in. Dental care is so expensive though that I could not even afford to have 1 removed through surgery. It has been a few months since I have been feeling pain in my mouth due to this and decided to look for a more affordable option. I simply couldn't stand the pain that I was experiencing anymore. A friend of mine had visited Sota Dental in Cancun, telling me that they offer much cheaper but quality dental care. The clinic there was clean and had some really nice equipment. The staff was very helpful and spoke English well, I also did not need to wait long for me to be entertained. The dentist that attended to me was Dr. Galvez. He was very professional and explained everything to me very clearly. He even offered me choices for all of those things that he could do and how it would affect me and my budget. He was really easy to talk to since he spoke English fluently and I felt very comfortable letting him oversee my procudure. I was seen by 3 doctors in total. The procedure was not painful at all and he gave me clear instructions on what I should be doing while recovery period. I am happy to have found this awesome clinic. It was so easy to coordinate with them and get an appointment. They were really so welcoming and they made the whole process so easy. They even gave me a ride to and from where I was staying. I will totally recommend this clinic to my family and friends and will be sure to come back if I need any other dental services. I'm so glad that I was finally able to have my wisdom teeth removed.

Just got back from Cancun where I had the most pleasant Dental visit ever. The entire staff was friendly and my comfort was always paramount. Dr. Rebecca got me ready to see Dr. Sosa who examined my mouth and came up with treatment options. Dr. Sosa was able to come up with a treatment plan that was exactly what I had been hoping for . The equipment is ultra modern and I was back at the office the same evening to have my temporary smile installed. I love what SOTA dental has done for me and will use them again.. I Totally recommend them.

I went to Cancun six months ago to get some extensive dental work done. Dr. Sosa and his team were extremely helpful. Dr. Sosa did a through exam and made suggestion. He worked with me to achieve what i wanted for my condition, aesthetically and pain relief. I have never been to a dental office in US that looks like this state of art modern dental clinic. I saw a 3D printer form my temps while we waited for my permanent crowns which only took two days. I received excellent medical attention and a taste of Mexican hospitality from this place. I’m Japanese, so my English is not perfect but I wanted to share my dental experience with SOTA dental and Dr. Galvez. My husband is American and he found Dr. Galvez through the SOTA dental website. And what a find! He took my pain off and made my teeth look good. He is very kind and explains about my teeth until I totally understand. I was able to see my teeth through the microscope monitor and it helped a lot too. Since then I have visited Dr. Galvez for my root canals last 2 times. He makes every effort to fix your teeth. We will come back to him when we have troubles with our teeth. After everything is done, I had a wonderful tropical vacation with my husband in Cancun!
