SPINING
TRAINING
JUMP
ZULBA
Los horarios varian según la clase.
No sé cómo son las clases pero el día que pregunte por las clases la maestra no te presta atención. Y a lo que pude percatar no practican todos con la misma energía. Me desmotive porque de los 20min que me quedé esperando nunca se acercó a ver qué necesitaba finalmente cuando se acabó la clase después de esto me metí y le pregunté y solo me dió su tarjeta y me comentó que le mandara whapps para que me diera más información. A mi punto de vista a la maestra le faltaba un poco más de motivación o algo para que se viera y sintiera una buena vibra la clase y la otra que si uno va directamente es para resolver todas las dudas al respecto. Pero por lo visto no me convenció.
