★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace como 1 mes me postulé para la vacante que postularon en Indeed, me llamó la persona de RRHH y me agendó para una entrevista. Acudí y al ingresar me percaté que mucho de su personal no está con las medidas de sanidad actualmente por pandemia (no hay sana distancia y no todxs usan correctamente su cubrebocas). Además que te percatas que no están a gusto con su empleo puesto que las 3 horas de entrevista (SI LEYERON BIEN, 3 HORAAAAS, LAS CUALES JAMAS SE ME INDICÓ QUE ME TOMARÍA ESE TIEMPO Y ME PARECE UNA FALTA DE RESPETO A MI TIEMPO) me pasearon por varias "salas y oficinas" (la primera entrevista fue un cuarto lleno de cajas sin luz y la de RRHH se tuvo que sentar sobre cajas porque no había silla) por esa razón me percate que hay mucho conflicto laboral (jetas para contestar un "buenos días", y la de recepción al salir no me abrió la puerta eléctrica ya que no voltio a ver a la de RRHH y la persona que me entrevistó al final se refería a la de RRHH de una manera despectiva y me comentó que no sabía que ya estaban reclutando para esa vacante, por ello me hizo esperar 10 min para entrevistarme). Me hicieron varias pruebas tanto psicométricas como de traducir al español e inglés (cuando su vacante indica que 50% de inglés). Al final me pasaron con quien sería mi jefe directo, una hombre prepotente que cree que lo sabe todo y que jamás se equivoca y pese a que le comenté a la de RRHH que ya me tenía que ir, no le comentó nada a este individuo y se alargó mucho en su entrevista. Al final jamás se tomaron el tiempo para agradecer mi tiempo y darme retro sobre mi postulación, pero sigo viendo que postulan su misma vacante en diferentes bolsas de empleo, así que me tomé el tiempo de contar mi experiencia para que lo consideren.
About 1 month ago I applied for the job they applied to Indeed, the HR person called me and booked me for an interview. I went and upon entering I realized that many of their staff are not currently under health measures due to a pandemic (there is no healthy distance and not everyone uses their mask correctly). In addition, you realize that they are not comfortable with their job since the 3 hours of interview (IF THEY READ WELL, 3 HOURS, WHICH I WAS NEVER INDICATED THAT I WOULD TAKE THAT TIME AND IT SEEMS A LACK OF RESPECT FOR MY TIME) They walked through various "rooms and offices" (the first interview was a room full of boxes without light and the HR interview had to sit on boxes because there was no chair) for that reason I realized that there is a lot of labor conflict (jetas to answer a "Good morning", and the receptionist when I left did not open the electric door since I did not turn to see the HR and the person who interviewed me at the end referred to the HR in a derogatory way and told me that she did not I knew they were already recruiting for that vacancy, so he made me wait 10 min to interview). They made me several tests both psychometric and to translate into Spanish and English (when their vacancy indicates that 50% of English). In the end they passed me on to who would be my direct boss, an arrogant man who believes he knows everything and is never wrong and despite the fact that I told the HR that I had to leave, he did not comment on this individual and he took a long time in his interview. In the end, they never took the time to thank me for my time and give me feedback on my application, but I continue to see that they apply for the same vacancy in different job boards, so I took the time to share my experience for them to consider.
