★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comprar el nuevo Subway bonegless y me lleve una mala experiencia porque los chicos que atendían no están bien capacitados ya que tuve que repetir en varias veces que mi orden era de 3 pzas de Subway de 30 cm y nunca les quedó claro y aparte tuve que pedirle a la chicae acompletara los ingredientes ya que le faltaron a 2 y luego no los podía envolver y dijo que no podía cobrar con tarjeta porque no había luz cuando la terminal es de pilas y le pedí lo intentará a lo que se molestó y acabo pasándola y obvio si paso. Mis Subway quedaron todos malechos y no me es grato que dejen personas así a cargo de una sucursal cuando no tienen idea de la atención al cliente y sobre todo ni bien capacitados para preparar los alimentos y más aún no tengan idea de que si se puede cobrar sin luz que decepción. Espero resuelvan ese problema.
I went to buy the new Subway bonegless and I had a bad experience because the guys who attended are not well trained since I had to repeat several times that my order was 3 pcs of Subway 30 cm and it was never clear to them and apart I had I had to ask the girl to fill in the ingredients since they were missing 2 and then she couldn't wrap them and she said she couldn't charge with a card because there was no light when the terminal is battery powered and I asked her to try what she got upset and I just finished passing it and obviously if it happened. My Subways were all bad and I am not pleased that they leave people like that in charge of a branch when they have no idea of customer service and above all they are not well trained to prepare food and even more they have no idea that if they can be charged without light what a disappointment. I hope they solve that problem.
