★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos hospedamos hace ya casi 1 mes, Cuando llegamos el recepcionista nos pedía los tickets de depósitos ya que tiene que entregarlos al encargado, aquí el problema fue que al momento de hacer la reservacion no nos comentaron nada de que teníamos que guardar los tickets y de echo en ningún otro lugar nos habían pedido los tickets ya que ellos lo tienen registrado...
Nosotros le comentamos al recepcionista que no contábamos con los tickets, pues eso le molesto y nos decía casi que gritándo que necesitaba los tickets...
Nosotros encontramos la forma de comprobarle y entramos sin problema.
Las Habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias.
la alberca demasiada cochina y el agua demasiado fría, en toda la estancia que estuvimos no nos metimos para nada..
Solo una vez cuando ocupamos algo, mandamos a un mnr, a lo cual nos comentó que el le respondió demasiado mal y gritándole...
De verdad eso deja mucho que desear, la verdad ya no volveremos.
Por cierto la persona que se encargaba de noche fue muy amable a comparación de la otra persona
 We stayed almost 1 month ago, when we arrived the receptionist asked us for the deposit tickets since he has to give them to the manager, here the problem was that at the time of making the reservation they did not tell us anything that we had to keep the tickets and echo in no other place had they asked us for the tickets since they have it registered...
We told the receptionist that we didn't have the tickets, because that annoyed him and he almost shouted that he needed the tickets...
We found a way to check him and we entered without a problem.
Rooms very nice and clean.
the pool was too filthy and the water was too cold, during the whole stay we stayed we didn't get in at all...
Only once when we occupied something, we sent a mnr, to which he told us that he responded too badly and yelled at him...
That really leaves a lot to be desired, the truth is that we won't be back.
By the way the person who was in charge at night was very kind compared to the other person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para disfrutar en familia, muy buena ubicación a media cuadra de la avenida principal (centro) y a una cuadra de la playa, excelente servicio y atención del personal, muy amables todos durante mi estancia.
Excellent place to enjoy with the family, very good location half a block from the main avenue (downtown) and one block from the beach, excellent service and attention from the staff, everyone was very friendly during my stay.

Super recommend me, very good service and customer service alike, very comfortable rooms and with all the services to spend a nice vacation and the location, not to mention a very good place and very close to the sea ?
