★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y muy mal producto que no duro ni un año.... compre una licuadora que se daño a los 9 meses aproximadamente de haberla comprado y al llevarla al servicio me solicitaron la nota de compra que regularmente no se conserva ya que se compra un producto que tiene que durar mas que eso, encontré la nota tiempo después y tenía unos días de haber terminado la garantía de un año... me comentaron que revisarían el caso y me dieron reporte que nunca atendieron y no me llamaron...
Lousy attention and very bad product that did not last a year .... I bought a blender that was damaged approximately 9 months after buying it and when I took it to the service they asked me for the purchase note that is not regularly kept since it is bought a product that has to last longer than that, I found the note some time later and had a few days of having finished the one-year warranty ... they told me that they would review the case and gave me a report that they never attended and they did not call me ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te ponen teléfonos para información nunca te atienden les mandas correo y te contestan al día siguiente no es como en lados que quieres consumir un producto y al momento te atienden y te hacen la venta ellos mismos y Oster nada
Terrible service, they put telephones for you, they never answer you, you send them mail and they answer you the next day.
