Lo único que cambiaría es a uno de los sujetos que atiende en la carnicería. Pedante, soberbio y grosero. Me hace pensar que es norteño y ve con desprecio a la gente de nuestro estado, lo cuál es injusto para otras personas del norte que he conocido y que son muy educados y coordiales. Afortunadamente hay dos, y el otro señor más delgado y más mayor es muy amable y accesible, siempre pido que me atienda él.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy decepcionada de la calidad en la carne que compré. Gasté $1800 y la verdad no lo vale porque la picaña tenía muchos cueros y muy dura, los huesos que dizque traían tuétanos no tenían nada, no tenía ningún sabor. Tuve invitados y me dio pena dárselas pero no tenía otra cosa.
Very disappointed in the quality of the meat I bought. I spent $1800 and the truth is that it's not worth it because the picaña had a lot of leather and was very hard, the bones that supposedly had marrows had nothing, they had no flavor. I had guests and I was embarrassed to give it to them but I had nothing else.
