J	Jarq32 Koch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TAO Tulum is a perfect spot in Aldea Zama and Tulum. Just a few steps are located restaurants , pharmacy and grocery store. To the beach it’s only 10 min by car ( ave. Kukulkan ) and 20 min by bike .

The only "bad" thing was the electricity kept cutting off...one night we slept with no AC and it was brutal!!? another day the electricity cut off 10+ times...at this point we knew where the switch was to turn it back on. Having to go downstairs to switch it back on every second was a peeved problem.. We thoroughly enjoyed the private rooftop.
V	Valentina Ogneva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful place to leave. I don’t recommend this housing if you are looking for peace and quietness. And if you are eco-cautious. The management of the property invented a lot of stupid tasks for the employees. The tasks are noisy, harmful and just ridiculous. Almost every day, sometimes even twice a day, the cleaners are blowing the leaves from the trails and ground!! with gasoline equipment. So that it smells bad, noisy and dusty. Also, the trails are cleaned with chlorine. So you can breathe it too. I would attach video but that’s not possible here :( All around a lot of construction going on. So additional noise comes from construction inside and outside of the property. Also, there is mold in the bathrooms. Because they didn’t build the windows in them. We stayed here for 2 months

P	Pavel Papazov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complex is good itself but have a few major issues. It has a huge pool (and one smaller), small but equipped gym and a yoga zone. And lots of beautiful trees inside. It’s placed in the quiet area itself in no traffic zone. It’s brand new, so be ready to construction noise even in weekends (it’s legal in Mexico, unfortunately). Laundry areas of every apartment doesn’t have a proper wall. So you can hear when your neighbor do the washing. And my main concern: complex staff doing a lots of cleaning activities every single day. And they using gas leaf blowers for it. So you can consider it as alarm (they start at 10-11am). I’ve been here twice in two different apartments. My suggestion: if you choosing Tao Tulum for your vacation - avoid ground floor. It’s not private at all.
