★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, les escribi por whatsapp para un viaje al aeropuerto, y me dijeron que mi perfil era falso, simplemente basandose en mi "perfil" de whatsapp, les llame para aclarles el tema, y me colgaron en media palabra. Todos entendemos el tema de la seguridad y todos queremos sentirnos seguros ya sea como cliente o como proveedor de servicio. Pero si van a ofrecer un servicio y van a usar sólo whastapp para decir que tu perfil es falso y por eso te niegan el servicio, me parece que no es una empresa comprometida con sus clientes y mucho menos tiene la calidad y capacidad que se requiere para proveer un buen servicio.
Terrible service, I wrote to them on whatsapp for a trip to the airport, and they told me that my profile was false, simply based on my whatsapp "profile", I called them to clarify the issue, and they hung up on me in half a word. We all understand the issue of security and we all want to feel safe either as a customer or as a service provider. But if they are going to offer a service and they are going to use only whatsapp to say that your profile is false and that is why they deny you the service, it seems to me that it is not a company committed to its clients and much less does it have the quality and capacity that is required. to provide a good service.
