★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca nos dijeron de los mantenimientos, la instalación está muy mal hecha.
Revolvieron el agua caliente del calentador con el agua fría de la casa. Culparon a la presión del agua cuando fue error de ellos.
Nos cobraron por cada reparación que hicieron de las fallas que ellos tuvieron. La atención al cliente es muy mala también.
Terrible service, we were never told about maintenance, the installation is very poorly done.
They mixed the hot water from the heater with the cold water from the house. They blamed the water pressure when it was their mistake.
They charged us for every repair they made of the failures they had. Customer support is very bad too.

Terrible service and terrible quality in their heaters I do not recommend them, technical assistance is conspicuous by its absence.
