★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por la forma como recibí mi servicio y ver que mi traje venia de otro lugar en un transporte, da a entender que no cuentan con los servicios completos que venden en esta sucursal, sino que te lo venden para hacer el trabajo en una sucursal más lejana y equipada, lo cual atrasa los tiempos de entrega de la marca. En mi opinión eso golpea a la propuesta de valor que ofrece la marca a los clientes. Afectar a esa propuesta de valor, desmerita la credibilidad de parte del cliente. Mejor no abrir sucursales si no puede sostenerse el modelo de negocio completo.
 From the way I received my service and seeing that my suit came from another place in a transport, it implies that they do not have the full services that they sell in this branch, but that they sell it to you to do the work in a more distant branch and equipped, which delays the delivery times of the brand. In my opinion that hits the value proposition that the brand offers to customers. Affecting that value proposition detracts from the credibility of the customer. Better not open branches if the full business model cannot be sustained.
