★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general la atención de los asesores es muy mala y no parece que estén bien capacitados ya que te dan una información y finalmente cuando llega la factura de tu teléfono resulta que tienes pagos extras porque no te explicaron correctamente o te dijeron que no aplicaban de acuerdo al plan contratado, ya me ha pasado varias veces, no creo que Telcel tenga razón para hacer cargos adicionales indebidos simplemente son mal explicados por los asesores, al menos en este centro de atención ya he tenido más de dos malas experiencias por lo cual no lo recomiendo.
In general, the attention of the advisors is very bad and it does not seem that they are well trained since they give you information and finally when your telephone bill arrives it turns out that you have extra payments because they did not explain correctly or they told you that they did not apply accordingly to the contracted plan, it has already happened to me several times, I don't think Telcel has a reason to make additional improper charges, they are simply poorly explained by the advisors, at least in this service center I have already had more than two bad experiences, so I don't I recommend.
