Las principales fiestas se llevan acabo los dias 8 y 26 de Diciembre. Aunque se empieza desde un dia antes con la entrada de flores por parte de las danzas regionales y de los creyentes. Durante todo el dia se escucha el replicar de las campanas y el sonido de una flautita y de un tambor que llenan de sonido a la danza de Tecuanes de Tetelpa. Donde el sr Florentino Sorela, nombrado tesoro mundial vivo por la unesco, desde los 14 años toca para agradecer a la virgen y a san Esteban por un año mas de salud y bienestar. Ademas otras danzas como los apaches y las pastoras tambien danzan en esos dias. Es un bello lugar.
