★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my second day in Mexico City, and it was the first time I felt unwelcome and very uncomfortable. When I was about to go in and use the restroom, four men in suits were exiting the building; one of them asked me me (in Spanish) what I wanted. The only nice staff person I encountered (a lady) explained to him that I was a customer sitting on the patio. On my way out, I tried to exit the building, and another staff member (a man in a suit) held the door closed and made it difficult for me to come out. Then, he said something to me that I didn't understand. I apologized and explained that I did not understand (in Spanish). Then, he said, "Open. Closed." I still have no idea what I did wrong. My Spanish is weak at best, but I understand basics. It was just a very strange experience. This place is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. I will never come back. I ordered a drink for 80 pesos and when I was ready to pay 100 pesos, they said the charge was actually 240 pesos with cover and mandatory tip.
Nobody told me there would be a cover charge, and it's weird to charge that at the end instead of upon entrance...I explained that I would've gone somewhere else if I knew there was cover, as I just wanted the one drink, but they showed no compassion. After first asking nicely, I then told them I would not pay the cover. The waitress spoke to her boss and said they'd let me leave paying just 200 pesos. Ultimately I paid the 200 because I didn't want to tell them a 4th time why this was unfair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is good if you want to enjoy some quality time with friends or family.
Main attraction is the live band performance and karaoke performances that happen here. The performances start after 9 and place starts getting crowded after that. They do charge for cover though.
Again being a vegetarian, I could not find much options there, only thing I could indulge myself in, was French fries.
They offer good collection of alcohol, prices tend to be on the higher side though.
Points to note:
- go early (not too early ;-) ) if you want a nice place of your choice
- valet parking available
- they do accept credit cards including American express.
- washrooms were clean
- staff was friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever!!! They seated us on a corner table under the boombox and turned up the volume! It was impossible to talk or listen. We asked for another table and the waitress told us all were reserved although we saw some clients leaving some of the tables. Awful! Run anywere! Do not go there! Simply horrendous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and atmosphere, especially on the patio, and you get a ton for your money. Would definitely go back! It's like an all day happy hour! Plates are more like tapas so you can try a ton and everything is around $18-$65 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They advertise low prices, then try to make up for it by bringing tiny drinks and portions and adding fees to the bill that aren't advertised on the menu. Not only will I never come back here, I hope no one else does either.
