Bad place to go to get my hair cut, they didn't even have wax to comb my hair at the end and they didn't even give me soap to shave my sideburns and the attention was terrible

For my part I would not return. It was the first time I visited them. Perhaps the atmosphere it offers looks good but apparently the haircutters are selective. We treat this one well and this one does not. And it was awkward how long the cut lasted

In my opinion the best barbershop in Merida. Fili, who is in charge of the place, is super dedicated and well done. He is very experienced and very formal. The price is fair, the atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful and the healthy distance is respected since it is for appointments only.

I went on recommendation and was quite disappointed. It is COVID time and nothing was apparently disinfected / sanitized. He did not use gloves or antibacterial gel, the brushes to shake them go over my face without being clean, he put a layer on me that was obviously not clean (when he shook it, another client's hairs flew) and in general the place is quite neglected. The experience in the cut, let alone, I asked for something and he did something completely different to me, when I told him, he told me it was because of the shape of my head (?). Very rough with the machine (it hurt), he passed the razor without foam and it seemed that he was angry or that it was annoying to be cutting my hair. The truth was an aesthetic experience in a supposed "barbershop". For $ 170, I think you can find much better places in Merida.

It was a bad entrance experience because of his unkempt appearance of the place, the very cold and rude attention in his answers when asked about certain haircuts. In the end a job very poorly done and nothing to do with what was requested. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! ?

First time I go and last, lousy customer treatment, disastrous. Not even the "barber" knows the types of cut that are in the world of barbershop, such a classic cut, it seems that he does it reluctantly and the barber is badly vibrant. I came because they have been cutting hair for 3 years and more, I thought the service was of good quality. I do not recommend it at all. He didn't do the cut I asked for, I came out with an elementary school boy cut hahaha.
