My situation - I woke up and discovered my Lenovo X1 laptop was dead. I texted The Tech Guy at 630am and at 7am he texted me back. Fast and easy communication in English.
He came to my condo in Central PDC and fixed my laptop at an honest price. Everything was fast and easy. He is a very nice guy.
Thanks Antonio, you literally saved my trip and hundreds of dollars!!

After relentlessly trying to communicate with Antonio and dealing with all of his empty promises, cancellations, excuses, and faulty screens, I am still here with a broken phone and I will have to pay someone else more money to fix my phone again. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received. I am not only dissatisfied, but I am saddened and I feel I was taken advantage of.

Antonio loaned us a charger from his service shop to use until the new one arrives. He also checked the laptop very carefully to be sure it was charging. Thanks for saving the day, Antonio!
