★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia con su servicio, nada claro sus costos y nos obligaron a pagar un seguro, lo único rescatable fué que el carro que nos asignaron estaba muy cómodo para manejar. Tengan cuidado cuando renten con este tipo de compañías, pregunten antes sus "políticas" saludos.
 Bad experience with their service, nothing clear their costs and forced us to pay insurance, the only salvage was that the car they assigned us was very comfortable to drive. Be careful when renting with these types of companies, ask before your "policies" greetings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor agencia para tratar de rentar un carro, tenia ya todo pagado con dias de anticipacion y cuando llegue al mostrador me dicen que no hay vehiculos pero cuando me cobraron no dijeron eso, ahora a lidiar con El proceso de reembolso.
The worst place to get a car, they don't care if you pay in advance for the service, they just said I have no car available and I cant help or do anything if you want your money back call costumer service ?
The worst agency to try to rent a car, I already had everything paid days in advance and when I got to the counter they told me that there were no vehicles but when they charged me they did not say that, now to deal with the reimbursement process.
